New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.

This soup is based on the concepts of Chinese medicine, which aims to improve physical ailments and promote a healthy body. The idea is that eating seasonal foods provides benefits that are appropriate for the season, so eating foods in season is also a method of medication. By combining seasonal ingredients with ingredients also used in Chinese herbal medicine, we have created a body-friendly soup that can relieve fatigue.
Anti-aging foodstuffs Super food
<Ingredients> For 2 servings
300 g chicken wings
700ml water
100 g fresh kikurage mushrooms
1/2 carrot
100 g radish
100 g burdock root
5 shiitake mushrooms
1 garlic clove
5 g ginger
50ml sake
Goji berries (dried) to taste
Pine nuts (dried) to taste
Ginseng* (dried) to taste * If not available, omit it.
Salt to taste
<How to Cook>
1. Place the chicken wings in boiling water, remove and wash when it comes to a boil.
2. Place the chicken wings in a pot of water, add sake, peeled garlic, vegetables cut into appropriate sizes, and all remaining ingredients, and cook over medium heat.
3. Remove scum and excess oil along the way.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. When the ingredients are tender, simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
