New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.
We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.

Not only is lean beef relatively low in calories, it is also rich in nutrients that can help you lose weight. It is rich in protein, L-carnitine, and iron. Protein, in particular, helps build muscle and increase basal metabolism.
L-carnitine also promotes the burning of fat. Iron increases hemoglobin in the blood and improves circulation, which helps prevent anemia and improve swelling. 


Anti-aging foodstuffs  
Tomato


<Ingredients> For 2 servings

2 tomatoes

<Filling>
1/2 Canned Tuna
20g Onion
2 tbls Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

<Sauce>
4 tbls Mayonnaise
3 tbls. tomato ketchup


<How to Cook>

1. Make a shallow cross-cut on the top of each tomato.

2. Place the tomatoes into boiling water.

3. After about 1 minute, when the skins begin to peel, remove them and immediately place them in ice water. Peel the skins off and chill the tomatoes in the refrigerator.

4. Finely chop the onion for the filling and mix it with the other filling ingredients.

5. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.

6. Remove the tomato stem, then use a small knife to cut around the inside of each tomato bottom. 

7. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling and pour the sauce over the top.

*It's recommended to keep the stuffed tomatoes chilled until just before serving, and pour the sauce over them right before eating.
