Types of kabazaiku
Kabazaiku products can be broadly divided into the following four types according to their techniques and construction methods.

mold (prepared)
A technique of using wooden molds. Tea caddy, inro, doran, etc.

wood
So-called boxes such as inkstone cases, paperbacks, decorative shelves, tea chests, and multi-tiered boxes

Folding thing
A technique in which a block is made by pasting several layers of leather together with glue, and then the block is shaved to create a shape.
Accessories such as brooches, cufflinks, and tie pins, inro, netsuke of Doran, etc.

patterning
Attaching patterns to other products such as tea caddies, tea chests, and colored paper racks
