New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.

We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.

Onigiri, Japan’s soul food, is now gaining popularity overseas as well. In addition to the classic fillings, there are now many creative variations made with a wide range of ingredients. By combining seasonal produce or nutrient-rich fillings, onigiri can become a well-balanced, satisfying dish.
Here, we made a Western-style version using prosciutto and cheese.
Feel free to get creative with your favorite ingredients—you can enjoy a variety of flavors and textures.
