Anti-aging foodstuffs Oyester
<Ingredients> For 2 servings
6 oysters
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 potato
20 g bacon
1 tablespoon flour
15 g butter
20 ml white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
<For Soup>
200ml water
1/2 teaspoon scallop soup stock
100ml milk
1 tablespoon cream
salt to taste
A dash of pepper
<How to Cook>
1. Wash oysters in salted water and drain.
2. Cut onions, carrots, potatoes and bacon into 0.5cm cubes.
3. Put olive oil in a frying pan, add the ingredients from Step 2, oysters and flour, and add Oyster and white wine.
4.Add water and scallop soup stock and cook until the ingredients are tender.
5.Add milk and cream to Step 4 and simmer over weak heat for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
