3 Lemons*
200ml any kind of spirits
4 tbls sugar**
2 tbls honey
900ml soda water
*Make sure to use unwaxed, untreated lemons.
**Using a low-sugar variety of sugar can help reduce the calorie content.
<How to Cook>
1. Peel one lemon thinly and soak the peel in spirits (such as shochu, vodka, or white rum) for about half a day.
2. Peel two lemons and mix the fruit segments with sugar and honey.
3. Juice the remaining lemon and add the juice to step 2, then sit it for half a day in a refrigerator.
4. To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour in the infused spirits from step 1, add your desired amount of the lemon mixture from step 3, and top with soda water.
