New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.
We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.
 

Shrimp is as rich in body-building protein as meat, and also contains high amounts of vitamin B12, copper, selenium, and taurine. Furthermore, they are low in calories and high in protein, so even if you are on a diet, you should definitely consume them.
Garlic shrimp is a well-known Hawaiian dish, and the use of garlic and butter gives the otherwise bland shrimp a punch of flavor.
It is seasoned to go well with rice, bread, and beer.

   

   

Anti-aging foodstuffs  SShrimp




<Ingredients> For 2 servings

About 12 shrimp
A dash of potato starch
A pinch of salt
20 g butter
A dash of pepper      

<Garlic sauce>
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt



<How to Cook>

1. Peel and devein the shrimp.

2. In order to clean the shrimp, coat them in corn starch and mix well. After, rinse them off with water.

3. Finely chop the garlic and onion, combine with the garlic sauce ingredients, and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

4. Saute the shrimp from step 3 in a frying pan and add butter and pepper.

5. Serve the shrimp on the dish and¥ garnish with pepper and lemon wedges.
