New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.
We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.


Bonito contains protein, potassium, which prevents high blood pressure, and iron, which prevents anemia. It also contains high levels of vitamin B12, which helps relieve fatigue, and niacin, which maintains skin and mucous membranes.
Combined with onions, this recipe also provides vitamin B1. The vitamin C in the lemon also helps the absorption of iron.
The Chinese seasoning makes this a dish that goes well with both rice and sake.
    

Anti-aging foodstuffs  Bonito


<Ingredients> For 2 servings

150 g bonito (sashimi)
1/6 onion
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
1 tsp gochujang (red pepper paste)
1/2 tsp soy bean sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs lemon juice 
Green onion and sesame seeds to taste


<How to Cook>

1. Slice bonito (for sashimi), add soy sauce, mirin, and grated garlic, and refrigerate.
2. Slice onion, soak in water and drain.
3. Add gochujang (red pepper paste), soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil to the onions in 2.
4. Arrange 1 in a cup and garnish with the onion from step 3, and coriander leaf.
