New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.
We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.


Mangoes are one of the world's three most popular fruits, and are rich in antioxidant vitamins such as B vitamins, vitamins A and C, and minerals such as potassium, which are effective in preventing summer fatigue and boosting immunity. It also contains high levels of beta-carotene and other carotenoids, which help prevent cellular aging. Although the mango season is short, frozen mangoes can also be used to make this dish.   


Anti-aging foodstuffs : Mango


<Ingredients> For 5 cups

<Mango Sauce> 
          
100 g mango
2 teaspoons agave syrup
(or sugar)
1 teaspoon lemon juice 

 

<Panna cotta>

200ml milk
200ml fresh cream
2 teaspoons agave syrup (or sugar)
5g gelatin powder
2 tablespoons water


<How to Cook>

1. Add agave syrup and lemon juice to mango and blend in a blender until smooth; make sauce and refrigerate.
2. Add the gelatin to the water and blitz.
3. Add the milk, cream and agave syrup to a saucepan and bring to a light boil.
4. Turn off the heat and add the gelatin mixture. Dissolve the gelatin while trying not to boil.
5. Remove the pot of 4 from the heat, remove from heat and allow to cool.
6. Put 5 into a cup and refrigerate for 3 hours. When firm, pour in the mango sauce from 1.and drizzle with olive oil.
