Plate Tsunagu
New project, a total of 44 anti-ageing recipes are presented together with serving dishes using kaba-zaiku.
We hope that everyone interested in cooking will enjoy our anti-aging recipies and our Kaba-zaiku tableware.
Sardines are an inexpensive and nutrient-packed food. Their main nutrients include iron, EPA, DHA, taurine, peptides, protein, calcium, and they are also rich in vitamins. To ensure that the sardines can be enjoyed entirely, we prepared escabeche (Escabeche is a dish consist of marinated meat, fish or vegetables). This dish has a tangy flavor and can be enjoyed in a refreshing way. Additionally, using colorful bell peppers makes it visually appealing. In this recipe, sugar is not used; instead, apple vinegar is used to add sweetness.
